This includes a comprehensive full-body assessment and a personal reformer orientation, ensuring you understand how to use the equipment safely and effectively. After your intro, you can book individual 60-minute access sessions — fully video-guided and self-paced — for just $20 per session. This gives you the freedom to train when it suits you, while still following a professional, structured program designed to help you move and feel your best.
